Cilantro and Beer:  Muddled Cilantro, Simple Syrup, Fresh Lime Juice, Partida Anejo Tequila. Topped with Negra Modelo

Recipe:

1 1/2oz Partida Anejo Tequila
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4oz Simple Syrup
Negro Modelo Beer
Cilantro

Muddle the cilantro in your mixing glass. Add the Tequila, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup, shake and strain into a collins glass. Top with Negro Modelo Beer. Garnish with fresh Cilantro Sprigs.
